Poetry in motion; a bus ride to Skyway
By Gary Brune
8 Dec 2008
The bus ride up and down Skyway is one of the most beautiful runs in Northern California, and I've taken over a thousand pictures from the old, slow bricks that were the Orion buses.
When Butte County Transit, otherwise known as the B-Line, bought new sleeker Orion models, their expansive masses of glass were hard to shoot from, until I caught onto the poetry they were showing me.
In a project for the Advanced Photography class Im studying under, these are among the many pictures I've put together for the portfolio which bears the title of this photo story.
From day to day I never know what type of story the Route 40 bus that connects Chico State with my home in Paradise, will tell me.

This is an interesting story. Thanks for sharing the poetry that presents itself to you!
