Thank you all for your prayers and wishes!

The terror in Bombay (Mumbai) is finally over and we can breathe a sigh of relief!!

The attacks have been on places that I or for that matter any Bombayite frequently visits. Hence for us it was like someone invading our homes and destroying our fond memories.

The images are of places where the attacks took place.

I salute the all the Police Personnel, Army men and NS Commandos for sacrificing their lives, for their professionalism, courage, patience and achievements ! I always think that Mumbai is like a PHONEIX bird, rising again & again from the ashes…But now enough is enough... Terrorists & Politicians always tried to divide & disturb Mumbai but they will never be successful in their ugly mottos in future… Time has come to stand and say, “Common people of Mumbai care for each other & love the harmony of multiple religions … Let them live peacefully … No terrorist & no politicians will be tolerated in future who will try to disturb the peace and harmony of MY MUMBAI !!! ” :)

As many have around the world, I have watched the events unfold with a deep sense of shock. Sadly, it seems that many have lost all sense of their humanity and thrown aside every ounce of compassion. Whatever the perceived rights and wrongs of what governments do and don't do, there is no justification for this sort of action. I hope and pray that the suffering of ordinary people will not be forgotten and that only those unfortunate enough to suffer or die who are from the West will get the care and attention they need. I know that the people of Mumbai will rise above the hatred and violence and show their true character as a warm and loving people.

I am so glad that you and your family are safe.My deep regards to all Police and Army Man and specially to all the workers at Taj Mahal, Trident and Oberoi Hotel for the bravery they shown against this ghastly act.All my love and wishes to all the Mumbaikar a safe and brighter New Year ahead. And I truly salute the spirit you all have shown to overcome this tragidy. But at the same time I pray to God that all these sufferings should not go invain, we all should send a strong massage that "Enaougfh is Enaough",this is simply not tolerable further,The mastermind of these dirty, ghastly act should not make any mistake in understanding that if we have the spirit and strength to rise from ashes , we have the power to turn the source of all these terrorism into ashes.
