The Adventures of Flat Ann

It started as a joke. Ann was leaving her co-workers behind for another job. Everyone told her she would never be able to leave the lab, little did she know how true that statement would become. My friend Arla was talking about Flat Stanley, a small character the elementary kids draw, cutout and send to someone to take pictures of various places. This gave me a life size, totally adult idea
Here is the 3 step process
1) Take a full shot
2) Separate or crop photo into sections to equal realistic size portions
3) Piece together to make a life size photo and cut the excess away
I originally took her picture with the full intention of blowing it up and sitting her at her old desk, just to see the reaction of others. It was obvious from the multitudes of visitors it could not stop there. So instead of the joke being on the lab we involved my fellow "lab rats" and turned the joke on Ann. We took Flat Ann around to various lab locations taking shots. The cooperation was astounding, everyone was ready to get in on the act. The next step was to compile them into a short video complete with soundtrack and post it on youtube. Using "Movie Maker" I used the old fashion film style to add a little extra movement to the still shots. This was my first attempt, so don't expect too much, besides it was just all in fun. Want to see what was in store for Ann......here it is

We are planning on sending her a copy. As for Flat Ann, she has gone into an interoffice envelope along with a magazine composed note describing her behavior to her new boss
