Left Behind
By Chelsea Brooker

As the economy falls along with the autumn leaves, walks in the park have become a pleasant escape from the chaos. In the Stepford area of Connecticut that I call home, resides a beautiful brick mansion in a gloriously kept Waveny Park. Around the estate, walking paths are open to joggers and all of their royal dogs. Lately, the walkers have been so tied up in other matters, that I find more and more objects left behind. There's a somewhat mystical quality added to them while the sun sets, weaving light in and out of the amber forest. So now my Nikon exercises with me.
