"Into the Wild"...in Summer.

As stated in my previous photo essay "Into the Wild", I've not been still during the Summer. I need to walk. I need to walk into "my" Dolomites.
Never as in this season I've been so frequently to Dolomites. I know now the reason they are so famous. Charming places, breathtaking lanscapes, imposing trees. Eagles have their kingdom there, squirrels look at you from the top of a tree, prairie dogs whistle when you go to close to their lairs. And those wild peaks, those mountains, they stand in front of you and light and colours burn eyes.
To say the truth, I don't think my pictures do justice to Dolomites' beauty. I tried to get the magic light I've seen and those shadows in the woods which I like so much. I realized afterwards how my photos are just a way to put out my feelings...and not a good report of the places.
However, I hope this collection of shots will bring you to take a walk! New season at the door, nature is wearing its beautiful Autumn dress!
