Caja de Muerto, Puerto Rico

This is one of my favorite's places that I have visited. This an inhabited Island in the south of Puerto Rico in the Caribbean Sea. There is an old light house in a hill; you can reach it walking by around 30 minutes. The island is called "Coffin" because it actually looks like a death. I hope you enjoy these images, but I can tell you that in person is more impressive.

Nice story! 20+ years ago, I was among the USCG crew that serviced that lighthouse. Early in it's history, the island was once a burial ground for a leper colony, and it is riddled with caves. Great place to explore ;-).
