I really like to shoot my own feet. Anywhere. Anytime. Sometimes using my digital camera but more often with my mobile phone. Even though my feet are not the most beautiful feet in the world. Hahaha. But that's it, as I believe that every each of us who like the photography has our own favorite object. Some like to shoot sunset, some like to shoot trees, some like to shoot old building. Sunset, trees, building, street, rain, hands, fingers, kids, faces, and of course I'm not alone, some of my friends are also like to shoot their own feet.

A couple years ago I had my favorite object which is street lights. But the street lights I like supposed to be turn on in daylight. Unfortunately, this kind of specific object is getting harder to find. Street lights turn on in day light... is something out of my control. Why street lights? Why daylight? It's probably because every time I saw it, it brings a peaceful feeling into me. Well, it's only me which is made my friend said, "You are weird... Which part of it that bringing peacefulness?". But that's me. For me a light... whatever it looks like, is a symbol of hope. So it feels like "Under the big hope as big as the sun, there're always many small hopes as small as street lights." :)

Now back to "Feet". Why feet? As I said before, truly my feet are not the most beautiful feet in the world, neither the most beautiful part of my body. But I always feels that they're the most expressive part of my body. They react so quick. When I'm happy, they look happy. When I'm sad, they look sad. When I'm angry, they pissed off. They're more expressive than my face. Face was created to pretends... Feet didn't.

But again... it just me and my thought... me who very me... and my friend said it again, "You are weird!".

But I believe we all have our own favorite object to shoot plus the reason. The personal reason that only the person could understand. The reason that could be as weird as mine!

A lot of times I heard the common reasons. For example: "I like shooting the sunset because it's beautiful." Yes it's beautiful but could you find another reason? Be creative! Hahaha.

I also like to shoot sunset (well... who doesn't?). You know why? Because the moment of light's changing... day to night... bright to dark... for me is the moment of miracle. God knows that the end of a day is the most tiring time for people, and so He give us a gift on the sky, sunset completed with the colors of reddish and golden lights. That's why no matter how tired myself, I always turn to be happy when I saw sunset. You want a proof? Look at my feet. Every time I look at beautiful sunset, they became the happiest feet in the world. :)
