This should really be in another category, but since "My Precious" seems to be about photographic equipment only, I guess here is the best place to put this.
Ever since I bought her used for about $ 500 in 2000 she has been a great inspiration to me. She sings to me when I´m lonely, she cries with me when I´m sad, she yells and roars when I´m angry and she damn well shuts up when I need some peace and quiet. All in all, if you want to know how I feel, listen to her. Now, if I could just get her to swear and curse as well...
What I really like about this guitar is how naturally it feels to play her. It just feels right. As soon as I pick her up and start playing, she feels like a part of me. It´s not too easy playing her, just easy enough to make me work a little, and not too hard, just hard enough to remind me that my input determines the response. And what response! From soft, singing sounds to the noise of heavy machinery: she can do it all.
