What's your profession? Please describe it.

My profession would be feeding the masses. I make omelets and pizzas in a stone oven.

Where do you do this?

I work at a locally owned and operated bakery. The family that runs it named it Grains of Montana. They grow, harvest, mill, and bake only with the grains that they grow on their farm.

Do you enjoy what you do?

I love doing what I do. I have always loved to feed people so this job is perfect for me.

When you were young, what did you want to "be" when you grew up?

I had such a wild imagination when I was a little girl that most of what I wanted to be doesn't apply anymore! Overall, I wanted to be a teacher of some sort, even if it wasn't the traditional school teacher.

Do you feel stuck doing what you are doing?

Not at all. My job is challanging at times but I still have fun.

What are the most and least satisfying parts of your job?

The most gratifying part of my job is when a customer comes up to me and compliments my cooking. I feel that I have not only made the customer happy but my boss happy too. Which in turn allows me to keep my job! The least satisfying part of my job would be trying to teach someone and they just don't get it and never will.

How do you combine photography with your job?

I like to take pictures of the pizzas that I have made. Recently, I showed my boss some pictures and suggested I take more so we all know what everything needs to look like.
