CĂșinne An Ghiorra

The Jingle Jangle

Cuinne An Ghiorra or The Hare's Corner refers to the border of high grass farmers in the West Of Ireland used to leave to facilitate Hares and their young. Hares don't burrow they live in the high grass.

Cúinne An Ghiorra is also the name of the solo album from The Frames fiddle player Colm Mac Con Iomaire. It's is an album of instrumental Irish music. He finished his first solo tour in Cork in Ireland this week and was joined by fellow Frames man and Oscar Winner Glen Hansard. Two gentlemen, nice fellas and great musicians.
