Bread, the local delicacy of the Xinjiang province
In the Xinjiang province in the North West of China we were welcomed every morning by the delicious odours of freshly baked bread.
The bread that is baked over there is a of mix of Indian Naan and Italian Pizza.
The bread is decorated with circular forms that are stamped in before the bread is baked.
