Homage to 15X100

Why do you take pictures?
It's something to do. My drawing and watercolors are pathetic and I can't tune my guitar because I'm tone deaf so it seemed like a good idea to try photography.
What has impacted your visual style?
I have no idea. I've always been a visual learner. If a book has pictures they are the first things I go to. I often find myself reading the last paragraph first and then working my way back to the first. Does this help?
How did you learn to see?
You mean through a camera lens...right? Trial and error; I'm hoping for an acquittal.
In your world is photography mechanical or philosophical?
I've taken three sessions of photography classes from Christine and she lost me on the first day of the first session when she tried to explain that the larger the opening the smaller the number. I don't think it's mechanical. Philosophy...well...I might have been influenced by Nietzsche when I was sitting in that workshop after school and the woman was droning on about how you should never tell students to "Shut up," but rather you should always use "Please, be quiet." instead. After all you could damage their fragile somethingorothers. I decided right then and there to start telling them to "Die quietly." Is this helpful? Do you have a third choice?

By the way I have yet to do the - W h y d o y o u t a k e p i c t u r e s ? for the 15x news page myself ( because, I really have no reason why I take pictures ) Perhaps, I might just have 2 steal yours & cut & paste it there as my own. lol
All kidding aside, thanks 4 the good vibes & support towards the 15x100 gang. I hope you decide to publish this at some point.
