My first "beauty/fashion" shoot

In the beginning I only wanted to try out the old multilevel parking garage with a "normal" dressed and styled girl. I wasn't sure if this rough, dirty and really decayed environment would fit for a girl at all, but when Sofia (a friend of mine) turned up with her new hairstyle I couldn't resists to change my plans!
Sofia was more than sceptical about the shooting when she looked at herself in the silver cocktail dress from the 1960s and the overdone make-up...
Honestly... I wasn't sure about it myself, I've never done such a "style" shooting before! I just had this idea in my mind and had to give it at least a try.
But isn't that what photography is all about.... trying, experimenting, learning and in the end being surprised and happy about the result!?
