Svalbard - Under The Midnight Sun

600 miles north of the Arctic Circle the North Atlantic drift makes the waters surprisingly inviting awakening the tundra to 165 species of plants. The hauntingly beautiful landscape is home to Huge Walrus, bearded & ringed seal, arctic fox, reindeer & of course the Polar Bear. Isbjorn (Norwegian for Ice Bear) are magnificent creatures supremely adapted to live amid the pack ice.
Svalbard is a place of deep fjords, mountains & massive sheets of ice. During summer the sun NEVER sets.
Anyone fortunate enough to travel with Lindblad Expeditions & National Geographic will NOT be disappointed by the 1st class adventure
