My dear friend's wedding...

Last week a dear friend, Poonam, from past 15 years got married. Now Poonam will be living in a different city.
Before her marriage she was going through contradictory feelings. She was overjoyed about embarking a new journey but at the same time she was disappointed about going away from her family and friends.
From past 1 year she has been pressing me to shift to the city she would be now living in. She kept saying how she would be missing out on a dear friend. It all felt to deaf ears because I totally live in the present moment. For me she was just 15 minutes away from my house. I could drive down at any hour of the day to see her. Now that she is really gone the feeling is slowly sinking in. I know I'm going to miss our long walks and conversations... from mere nothingness to important issues. But then all of us have our chosen paths so here I'm living with it. And there she is embracing a new life she has preferred for herself.
I sincerely pray that all her aspirations about marriage and a family life come true.
I'm not good with saying 'I miss you'...but here I'm posting pictures of various events of her marriage.
Poonam is full moon in Sanskrit. And she truly lives up to her name!
