Playing Decay

Bring Our Brothers Home

I can't paint.

I can't screen print for anything.

so whats a punk to do when we need shirts and patches and no money to get professionaly done, and no talent to speak of?

we improvise

thats how i came to do stenciling, i was bored one day sitting up late on Angry Young And Poor looking for some new records when i thought to myself, most of the shirts and album covers look like urban decay threw up on them and i in all my smugness was like, i can do that, so i did i just sat down and started cutting stencils and the rest is history.

the internet is great for our art form because now people who would generaly be low profile tunnel dwelling graff artists can talk and post pictures of their work and open forums to give tips to the new fish. It also lets us trade information and stencils/stickers all over the world ha i've got stickers from my buddy Blaze in California, and Car Bomb in Canada and they've got mine. I personally am big into stickers because with out the limited time factor and fear of being caught painting you can do alot more, use a bunch of different media and make them look awsome.

so yeah heres some examples

and check out these ugly mugs photos they got some other graff pictures from my town:
