Photo Essay

The day the history died.

Burnt ice.

Downtown Guelph, Ontario, Canada. It's a beautiful place with tonnes of historical significance. On Good Friday, there was a fire that destroyed one of the most beautiful buildings downtown. There was over a million dollars in damage, and now the buildings will probably be torn down. It feels as though a piece of my childhood will be torn down with these buildings. Just goes to show how we shouldn't overlook historical monuments in our hometowns. Once they're gone, you'll realize how much you miss them.
