Me, Myselfe and I

Howdy strangers :]
I'm Andreas. 20 years old from Norway. Live on the west coast in a little place called Hommersaak. It's not so far from Stavanger.
Currently I live at home with my mom and dad, and two younger siblings.
At the moment I'm working as an IT technician at a school in Sandnes. I've been working here for almost a year now. Love it here, great atmosphere and nice people. Got one year left before I get my diploma. And after that it's of to college I guess.
In my spare time, I love to watch movies. I've been a huge movie buff for ages now. Collection DVDs has literally become a hobby of mine. I recently passed 444 DVDs, so I guess I'm a little proud. Other than watching movies I play a lot of videogames. Own a PS3, and a Nintendo. But my favourite tool of trade is the computer.
Many people think that I would do anything else than sitting at the computer after coming home from work. But I never get bored with it. So much to explore :]
I bought my first camera last year, a Canon 400D. Still uses the kit lens. But I'm going to buy a wide angle as soon as I have money for it. But it's gonna take some time, as the salary is pretty bad when working as an apprentice. Over the past year, photography has become my favourite hobby. It's just so wonderful to take pictures of stuff, gives a whole new meaning.
It's almost like the landscape speaks to me, and I have definitely started looking at things with a whole new perspective. I have learned a lot this year, going from not even knowing how to use the camera, to actually taking a descent picture. In the start I got pretty frustrated with myself. Eager to use the manual on the camera, lots of the trips ended with overexposed and ugly pictures. But after time I evolved, and I have started to understand more and more how the camera works. So I'm very satisfied with how the year has gone by...
