Every day we walk, every day we talk, every day we breathe, all day untill the eve, then we start again. repetitive isn't it? i suppose no-body ever thought of it that way. Did you think of the possibility, the chance, the hope the faith? Your photo is what you have created, nobody elses. let them critisize and ridicule but this is your own no matter who buys it. you made it. you own it. Pour your heart, soul, mind into this peice of work and even in any competition you come 5th 500th 5000th you have still won, won to yourself. A photo isnt about capturing something. Its about taking it and keeping it. you take a picture of a deer, you have that deer forever. you take a picture of the sky, you have that part of the sky forever, though not literal. it is true. Is it possible to jumo from a sixty thousand foot cliff and survive in our world? of course not. But photography is another world, your own world. You can create whatever your heartd desires. It may be all in your head, but just because it is all in your head. that does not mean that it is not real. Thinking about this topic i want you to think about something else also. What in the world is going on? What IS going on in the world? Now, right now i cannot answer you that question. but think about what it means. answer yourself. This type of re-formed thinking can get you everywhere. Did you ever think of when you say that, thatw as what it really means, do we as photographers, as everybody, as the public really know what is going on in the world? Or are we too busy in out own?
