Photo Essay

India Color

Returning Home

"It's like a box of crayons," my buddy said to me as we strolled through the streets of India, and I have yet to find a better description. This photo essay is a tribute to the inspiration I found in the color of life during my travels through India. The food, the architecture, and especially the people, offer an unrivaled richness and vibrance. There is a Pink City (Jaipur), a Blue City (Jodhpur), as well as cities and villages like Pushkar and Varanasi that reveal every combination of color and life imaginable. The traditional garments and lifestyle, the old-school buildings, and the curious and welcoming personalities, all contributed to one of the most intense, educational, inspiring experiences of my life.
