Improv Everywhere - The good prank

I have participated and documented over 20 Improv Everywhere events in the past 3 years. The events, or missions, range from 9 to 900 people. They are created to be fun and interesting for the performers (agents), observers, and those who view the documentation online.
I spend a great deal of time trying to figure out how to create an honest and pure environment for all of the viewers - when a prank is meant to be mind-boggling I hide my camera in a bag or under a jacket. In trying not to pull focus from the mission and keep the authenticity I may make photos that have less than perfect framing or focus.
Before the actual mission begins I get a chance to take group photos in the open and create fun images with all of the agents.
