Camera Tossing?

I recently came across article about a new type of photography that is becoming very popular it's called camera tossing. Sounds interesting I know so I continued to read through the article the gist of the idea is to set your camera on a very low ISO 100 or lower and the smallest aperture f/22 in my case and to throw your camera in the air. Yes I said throw now to me this seemed crazy, when all the time I have been learning about proper camera care and throwing the camera is the number not to do, but I tried it any way and besides the adrenalin rush after you just threw two thousand dollars in the air the pictures captured are fairly amazing.
