My Nashville

Nashville is an unusual city that most people will never really see. It is a city of diametrically opposed groups that manages to get along for the almighty tourism dollar. It is a city that will show you its immense wealth and glamour in the spotlight with all the flash that it can muster in order to blind you from the poverty and violence that is just around the corner. Country Music and Gangster Rap Share not only billboards, but venues and recording studios. The Christian Publishing industry is centered in this buckle of the Bible belt right alongside the Southern capitol for the Amateur Porn and Sex Industries. The ultra wealthy and famous strut around music row while 2 streets over illegal aliens and homeless vie to get the dollars through begging and day labor. It is an amazing city of Iconic proportions and a commentary of what is tearing America apart at the same time. Odd that what brings it all together is an image that everyone is trying to project and protect; they just can't decide what it is.
