Yeah, I hear Portland rains a lot... well I've always loved the rain... and well after a good rain, the streets are flooded with beautiful puddles of standing water, still water, and usually the light is just right after the rain has gone and the sky brightens just enough.... the reflections in these puddles can be amazing, and allow for once only opportunities for photography....
