Cow or cattle are in fact an extremely useful in this economy still very rural. Even malnourished, she demonstrated an amazing hardiness. It provides milk for the family and even in remote areas can be seen on the roads bicycles and motorcycles with their bottles, collecting surplus produce of small farmers.
Cattle also provide valuable work in the fields or pulling carts that carry local products to market. Her dung, mixed with straw dried up in pancake flat in dried in the sun, provides a fuel suitable for slow cooking food long. In a populous country where forests have declined dramatically and where the timber resources are insufficient,
the increased energy is essential. Some of these cakes is used as a natural fertilizer on vegetable crops. And yet the urine of a cow is used to disinfect floors of the houses in the countryside, as well as shampoo to exterminate the pests. Visitors will be surprised to see, in the cities of India, cows roam freely. They are not wandering cows. Each belongs to a family. In the evening, they returned home, or they remain grouped in a corner street. They rid the markets of plant debris and thus contribute to cleaning villes.Une cow in the street is never abused, even if it is blocking traffic. These animals do placid s'énervent not even in the midst of the most hellish traffic.
