The Green chair's story...

Green

I don't know who gets me here and when, the only thing I know is that I'm and I'm here. I'm here to watch the pouring of the life, the rolling of the days. Winter, spring, summer, autumn, I'm here, here to watch, to see, to listen. I can see people, bad ones, good ones, I can hear people laughing, talking, crying, screaming, whispering. I can see children play, run, walk, jump and I can perceive their energy, I can see their innonce until they get older...

You see I've a life around me, but I'm alone. People look at me and passing by, they know I'm there and that since a long time I'm a part of their life. Someone comes sometimes to see if I'm still there, they just give a watch to be sure I'm there. Most of the time I'm alone, sometime the White Lady comes to see me, she stands aside me and tells me the stories she hears at the place where she stays. By the time I've learnt to listen, to watch, to observe and found a way to understand me better. I'm well anchored to the ground, but sometimes I try to jump into the air, to unleash from the chains, and I jump into the sun, but it lasts only a few, then I get back with four legs on the ground. I spend my time warmed by the sun, refreshed by the spring breeze, washed by the autumn gentle rain, dryed by hot summer wind, I've learnt stories from the red bricks of the wall I use to watch, I learnt stories from the green door of this old house which is empty now, but once it was "lived" by children mother, father...a family. I don't know how long I'm going to remain here, I don't whether tomorrow the White Lady will join me again, I don't know if tomorrow the sun will shine, but for sure I know that tomorrow I'll be with me and maybe I'll be here for you, I'm the green chair, green as the hope...
