JPG, a disappointment...

A general complaint, i suppose.. but the address listed on the magazine to submit address changes to results in returned letters. None of my e-mails have been responded to.. no tool to change an address online.. I'm subscribed to something I can't receive because JPG can't get it's act together.
Meh.
