Newport Boat Show 2009

This year, the effects of the recession were plain to see. Reduced numbers, although a more-focussed crowd (it was the sunglass-buyers and ice-cream eaters who were absent) and less boats overall.
As ever, I took a quick walk-through, seeing old friends and chatting, and then got down to business - photos. Not much that was AT the show really attracted me, but several boats nearby and on the ferry-ride home definitely caught my eye.
If anyone wants to know what I would like for Christmas, just pick any one (or more!) of theese.
