I am a 29 year old female. I have a condition called Interstitial Cystitis. Look up on Wikipedia.com for the definition, that's the best one I've found. I have become disabled because of the condition. I am trying to get the word out about IC so we can find a cure. The pain is compared to that of people in the end stages of renal cancer.
So enough about that. I also enjoy photography, which is why I'm on this site! I also enjoy glass etching, wood burning, painting, and writing. I have written a children't book, when I was in college, so many years ago. Maybe one day I'll get it published if I pursue it!
I try not to let my IC control me, sometimes the pain is to much for me to do anything, however I will overcome this and if I don't have a cure in my time, hopefully there will be a cure for someone else! But as long as I'm here I'll keep spreading the word!
