I was on JPG searching through the new themes, old themes, and closed themes, like i do everyday; when i came across the 'Photo challenge: how to make a filter' theme. i had entered a photo in it, and i liked it. but i remembered how fun it was to try all these different objects for my filter!.. and i suddenly wanted to go and make me another one. But out of what?.. i had no idea.. i thought forever.. tried many many things.. looked around my room, my kitchen. my brothers room. everywhere!..

But nothing turned out cool enough for it to satisfy me.

And that's when i saw my 3D lensless glasses that i got from going to see Jonas Brothers 3D. A while back i had popped the lens out of them because i liked to wear those big geeky glasses for fun around school and stuff. I thought the lens would give my picture a cool effect, but it didn't. So i put both of the lens up to the sunlight, pressed together, and what i saw was all purple and red and blue. The lens also turned extremely dark. (that's how you will know you have the right sides pushed against each other.) so i thought, hey. this would be an awesome filter.

You will have to switch the lens around until you get them to be a darker color. Because for some reason it will only work if two certain sides and put together.

But the outcome is amazing. It looks just like a rainbow!.. i was so excited i took many photos with my new filter.

i had thought about throwing them away a while back. But now i am very glad i didn't!.

So, if you have 3D glasses, DON"T THROW THEM AWAY! you will be sorry! and i'm sure you can go get some at your local wal mart for like a dollar or two.

i hope this was helpful to you!.. have fun with your new filter! (:
