Photo Essay

Fourth of July; New Discoveries.

Starshine

I had a really long day. A baby sitting with me; he wouldn't stop crying, and I didn't understand why. I was really jaded to go out to a fireworks show, at a church no less. I decided to go because I was hungry.

Well, we went. I wasn't any happier. The parking was awful; we walked half an hour to get to our location [poor me, but not really]. My brother dragged me to get funnel cake, which I hate. I ran into people I hate in a line next to mine. So I just kept my attention elsewhere.

But Jesus, when those fireworks started, I couldn't believe the great angle my brother got me. So I of course took my pictures in the funnest-looking way possible. I knew the people who don't like me were watching, and I knew I had to get great shots.

And there was my discovery. I like my work when it's done in front of people who dislike me and I dislike in return.

So now, I feel I will hire someone whom I can hate if I ever need an amazing shoot.
