city dogs, part 2

I am lucky enough to work at a famous open air market on capitol hill in washington, dc, and always have in my hand a rather beat up 30d.
my favorite thing to shoot at the market are the many many many dogs that are dragged like rag dolls, tied up like horses, and dressed up like kids sometimes.
it's rather amusing. I have become rather fond of most of them...their owners I could do without some of them...
