Historic Lincoln, New Mexico

About 60 miles west of Roswell, nestled in the cool New Mexico mountains is the Village of Lincoln. Here in this still living community that has been passed by progress,exsists 1,000 yards of museums and plenty of ghosts from the past.
From the courthouse where Billy the Kid made his famouse last escape, to the Wortley Hotel owned by lawman Pat Garrett. There is plenty of history to soak up as you stroll down the sleepy streets of this icon of the old west.
