Farmers' market portraits

This is part of my ongoing series of formal portraits that I am doing in the city of Sacramento, California.
I take portraits of total strangers - for their part they get a free print from the shoot. I am trying to capture slice of Sacramento in the year 2009. These were taken on Sunday March 22, 2009 under the Capitol City Freeway in Sacramento.
