Spring flood season

While we are still waiting out the river's rise, here at home things are looking much better since yesterday morning. The frost has gone out of the ground, and the lake that was our back yard has soaked in and vanished. Now the only thing we have to be concerned about is a dike break and water getting into the waste and storm sewer system when the river nears its crest.
