  Andrea -- Sorry for the obscure reference for a title; it is a child's chant that dates back many years. Since I am 63 years old I picked a reference that no doubt predates most of the JPG members. The chant was invoked when children spied another's underwear; admittedly a chant not endorsed by adults. Here is a slightly expanded version of the rhyme:
  "I see London, I see France, I see Carla's Underpants!".
  Now I will toddle off for a glass of wine and more reminiscences of my childhood. :) :)
