Joe's Mardi Gras costume fooled them all
Murphy the Quaker parrot was being particularly posy this shoot (although he always enjoys the camera, as he should being the pet bird of a nature photographer).
(By the way, it was pretty tough picking a winning name. . .they all suited the picture very well.)
