Reelfoot Lake is home to several nesting pairs of Bald Eagles during the winter.This one is obviously in a cage. He is being rehabilitated after suffering an injury, a hunter's bullet if I remember correctly. Someone brought him some roadkill. After watching him eat it, I'd rather try and take a steak out of my German Shepherd's mouth than try and take that possum from that eagle.
