I wanted to get the faces of the riders as they sped straight down towards me. Just the tiniest fraction of a second too late and too slow on the shutter speed, yet somehow I'm still pretty happy with the result.
All my photos are all rights reserved aside from the reprinting rights explicitly extended to jpgmag as part of the terms of submitting them here. Please do not reproduce or use them anywhere without my express permission, which is not to say that I would say no, I just want to know where they're being used. I think that's just common courtesy, right?
