Delhi is not just a city. It encloses in its boundaries many villages which have still not culturally assimilated into the city. One of the villages close to where I live.
As someone there commented 'This is the real culture'. On one hand, I would like to believe at face value, what this man said. But increasingly, this is less and less visible part of the culture, that man succulently pointed at.
