Wu Mart Meat
This is a selection of pre-seasoned meat products available at the Wu Mart (supermarket) near my B&B in Beijing. This is a smart idea, but I don't think I'd buy similar products at home. (I don't even like those pre-flavored Tyson chicken breasts in shrink wrap.) Half of the fun of cooking is doing the cutting and splashing in a touch of wine or sprinkling on a pinch of red pepper.
