Newport, RI, home of the Jazz Festival. Newport Bridge visible on the horizon.

As much as the blue sky, ocean and flowers, what caught my eye was how the flowers sweep down and the clouds sweep up from the horizon. On the lawn at Oceancliff Hotel & Resort, near the end of fabulous Ocean Drive...

The hydrangeas are so beautiful. They are one of my favorites. Nicely framed, and the Newport bridge is a finishing touch. The colors make me think of Monet.
