Issan, the NE of Thailand, is like paradise or purgatory depending on what you like in a place. Other than very friendly locals, homemade booze, small houses and a few chickens and cows there is not too much in Issan. For most visitors to thailand a rave on an island is closer to paradise, but for me Issan is pretty close.

Beautiful - this image just draws me in and give me a real sense of the place. It would be attractive to me as well. Great colors and composition in this image.
