It was a pedestrian Sunday at Kesington market here in Toronto, the streets where closed to cars and a latin band at the left was playing colorful latin tunes. The girl with a scarlet red scarf around her neck was hula hooping away as the older store owner watched amused or perplexed, not sure which??
