peggy and Donny are right and they are way too smart. Or it really was too easy. It is the inside of the green lady. It's a sort of upskirt ;-). AFAIK it is impossible to get this shot since 9-11. The Lincoln Memorial is actually marble. Well the statue is. I even know who sculpted it. I've lived just around the corner for 3.5yrs.
