Democratic Freedom
A true Democratic system should have freedom of choice as diverse as the cultures and people it serves.
A Dictatorship or Monarchy is basically a one-flavor system, everyone gets Ketchup and they better be thankful they are getting something.
Our country is basically a two party system, which is much like oil and vinegar. They can both be good, but it takes an awful lot of effort to get them to blend and work together.
As for as real Democracy in the USA, you can say you want Ketchup, mustard or hot sauce, but you will always end up with oil, vinegar or a little of each at opposite sides of the table.
