236 portraits of 235 staff members of a new hospital in berlin, germany. Photographed on a hasselblad (film) and assembled to make an 8 meter by 5 meter print which now hangs in the main thoroughfare of the hospital, the project works with the democratic principal; One photo, one person, (except for the staff member who is on twice as a visual joke). The coloured backgrounds denote the teams that the staff belong to and the pictures are organised without hierarchy - from cleaner to chief doctor.
