This little guy Carl is from the Cartoon Network [ADULT SWIM] show "Aqua Teen Hunger Force." This toy stands about 2.5" tall, and his head is just under half an inch (actually about 12mm). My co-worker let me try his "poor man's macro" lens (which is just a 70mm lens mounted on the camera backwards via an adapter ring mount) which, in the office light, yielded a paper-thin depth-of-field. It's amazing to see all the little imperfections that the naked eye simply can't detect.
