Siddharth means one who is accomplished (Achieved all wishes!).
Gautama Buddha was known as prince Siddharth before he attained enlightenment.

Very nice portrait - I love all of the beautiful names and meanings. I wonder if it makes the so-named try their best to live up to life goals due to the importance of the meaning behind their name. I know my mother named me because it meant "Child of Joy". Though I've tried, I'm not sure how much joy I've actually brought! :)
