this was taken 20 miles north of Cheyenne at a place called vedawoo!! And it was also like 14 below with the wind chill, and if you look close there is a family(with kids) snow shoeing in the right corner near the end of the fence!!!! CRAZY PEOPLE

    That does look like a strong gust of wind enough to blow you off your feet while you were taking a picture of it with your camera. Interesting portrayal of wind, snow and cold.
